SESSIONS
Individual sessions are based on two session types, Jiko Undō and Hatsu Undō. On a deeper level, these two ReiMoves session types work to encompass both the spiritual and the earthly energy of the human being. The type of session or combination of sessions experienced will depend on the needs of the individual participant. Sessions last 1hr. It is beneficial to allow for further time after the session to integrate the work done.

ReiMoves Jiko Undō [self movement]
For these sessions participants are in a laying down position, seeking a passive-responsive state. The focus is on an internal to external movement flow. During these sessions, healing energy is transmitted through Monica's hands via a light energetic touch that connects with the participant's energy field. This has an energizing and balancing effect on the participant, which also accelerates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself, and brings a sense of harmony between all levels of one's being - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Sessions include aura caressing, opening gasshō/Free mind (setting intention), chakra reading, chakra balancing, hands on healing, closing gasshō (giving thanks). Monica delivers many Jiko Undō sessions as 'distance' sessions. Distance does not hinder Monica's ability to connect with the participant's energy field as it is not confined to a time/space construct. It also gives participants the benefit of emerging from their treatment at their own pace. |
ReiMoves Hatsu Undō [to generate movement]
For these sessions participants begin in a standing position, seeking an active-responsive state. The focus is on an external to internal movement flow. During these sessions, participant's work more collaboratively with Monica via energy work, visualization, breath work, specific energy exercises based on the Usui Method of Reiki, and simple movement-based exercises from the ReiMoves toolkit. Sessions include aura caressing, opening gasshō/Free mind (setting intention), energy and movement exercises, closing gasshō (giving thanks). |

WORKSHOPS
ReiMoves workshops are designed to help groups of people tune into their body and its movement, gaining a deeper understanding of their entire being. They help build self-confidence, release tension and are also great for team-building. Workshops involve movement-based energy work, partner work, visualization, breath work and specific ReiMoves exercises such as Waking Walk and Transformations. Every workshop space is set up with a Reiki energy grid.
COURSES
Reiki is an integral part of ReiMoves and Monica offers Reiki courses in an individual setting throughout the year. Courses are taught one-to-one to allow participants to learn in an environment where complete attention is placed on their personal learning experience. All course fees include a certificate in Usui Reiki, a comprehensive course manual, and ongoing support after the course via email or telephone. Monica will start offering courses in ReiMoves in the not-too-distant future, for those wishing to pursue ReiMoves as a practitioner.

Reiki Level I
This course will enable you to use Reiki for self-healing and hands-on healing of others. During the first part of the day you will learn the history of Reiki; have a practical introduction to the human energy field and the chakras; and learn various energy techniques. You will also receive the Reiki Level I Attunement. During the second part of the day you will experience hands-on practice, learning hand positions; the structure of a healing session; Reiki Chakra Balancing; and more. Fee for Reiki Level I: £220/1 day (10am to 5pm) Reiki Level II
This course will enhance your ability to work with Reiki, including gaining the invaluable tool of Distance Healing, which allows you to help others when you can’t physically be with them. You will receive the Reiki Level II Attunement; initiation into the three sacred Reiki Level II symbols; learn Distance Healing for the self and others; and plenty of new information and practical experience. Fee for Reiki Level II: £370/1 day (10am to 6pm) |
Pre-Master Session
This is a special session that potential Reiki Master course participants are required to attend. The Pre-Master Session discusses where the participant is at on their Reiki path; their energy healing experience thus far; their general understandings of the practice and future goals; plus a practical hands on healing exchange. Fee for Pre-Master Session: £100/2hrs Reiki Master & Teacher Level This course offers the opportunity to train to the Master & Teacher Level in the Usui Method of Natural Healing, significantly increasing your personal energy, as well as enabling you to initiate others into Reiki. You will receive the Reiki Master Attunement; initiation into four Reiki Master symbols; gain a deeper connection with Self and learn advanced Reiki techniques that raise your energy levels and allow you to cleanse spaces, remove blockages and perform ‘psychic surgery’. This is the ultimate transformational training course! Fee for Reiki Master & Teacher Level: £1100/3 days (10am to 5pm) |

Monica sends 30mins of distance Reiki healing on the first Saturday of every month for free to all recipients on her Distance Reiki List. The list is open to anyone who wishes to receive this healing gift. Join the mailing list to have your name entered onto the list. Company collaborations
Monica works with dance companies and performance troupes in a supportive role, using ReiMoves to help reveal new levels of expression which assist a company's vision for their project. This includes building awareness of the energetic exchanges happening within a performer's individual expression, collectively between all performers, between performers and their audience, as well as the energy of the space in which the performance is created and presented. Monica can also be commissioned to create ambient site-specific movement performances that energize the space and those within it.
Space clearing
Not everything in this world is perceived with the naked eye. Much of what we perceive can be felt and intuited. Sometimes we can come across energetic configurations that interfere with the integrity of a healthy energy system including that of a plant, human being or space. These energies are a part of our everyday surroundings and can influence how we feel and respond to situations. This is why Monica is also available for space clearing. Clearing the energy of a room or space is about clearing a space from any of the above-mentioned interfering energies and introducing a fresh and supportive energy that enhances our ability to do what we like.
During a space clearing session Monica assesses the current energy of the space and locates any areas which may require more attention. Once cleared, she goes about bringing a new energy of a high vibrational frequency, using her tools of sage, bells and Reiki symbols. Inappropriate energies are removed, blocks are cleared and a fresh supportive atmosphere is created. The fee for a space clearing depends on the size of the space you wish to be cleared. The duration of the service is also dependent on the size of the space, as well as the energetic feel of the space.
Fee for an average 1 bedroom apartment: £55/clearing Duration: 35 minutes (approx.) For larger spaces, please contact for an individualized quote.
