Monica brings ReiMoves to individual sessions, workshops, courses, collaboration and choreography. Individual sessions are based on two main session types, Jiko Undō and Hatsu Undō. On a deeper level, these two ReiMoves session types work to encompass both the spiritual and the earthly energy of the human being. Reiki is an integral part of ReiMoves and Monica also offers courses in Reiki in an individual setting throughout the year for those with particular interest in self-healing and/or the healing of others. SESSION
ReiMoves Jiko Undō [self movement]
For these sessions clients are in a laying down position, seeking a passive-responsive state. The focus is on an internal to external movement flow. During these sessions, healing energy is transmitted through Monica's hands via a light energetic touch that connects with the client's energy field. This has an energizing and balancing effect on the client, which also accelerates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself, and brings a sense of harmony between all levels of one's being - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Sessions include aura caressing, opening gasshō/Free mind (setting intention), chakra reading, hands on energy work, closing gasshō (giving thanks). ReiMoves Distance Jiko Undō
For these sessions clients are in a laying down position in the comfort of their own space, seeking a passive-responsive state. The focus is on an internal to external movement flow. During these sessions, healing energy is transmitted through Monica's hands via a light energetic touch that connects with the client's energy field. Distance does not hinder Monica's ability to connect with the client's energy field as it is not confined to a time/space construct, and distance sessions give clients the benefit of emerging from their treatment at their own pace. Distance sessions include aura caressing, opening gasshō/Free mind (setting intention), chakra reading, hands on energy work, closing gasshō (giving thanks). ReiMoves Hatsu Undō [to generate movement]
For these sessions clients begin in a standing position, seeking an active-responsive state. The focus is on an external to internal movement flow. During these sessions, clients work more collaboratively with Monica via energy work, visualization, breath work, specific energy exercises based on the Usui Method of Reiki, and simple movement-based exercises from the ReiMoves toolkit. Sessions include aura caressing, opening gasshō/Free mind (setting intention), energy and movement exercises, closing gasshō (giving thanks). ReiMoves Jiko Undō with Crystals
For these sessions clients are in a laying down position, seeking a passive-responsive state. The focus is on an internal to external movement flow. During these sessions, healing energy is transmitted through Monica's hands via a light energetic touch, as well as the natural resonant frequencies of crystals, that connect with the client's energy field. Crystals interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle energies within the human or environmental energy field and are known to absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy. The types of crystals used and their positioning will depend on what support the client needs. Sessions include aura caressing, opening gasshō/Free mind (setting intention), chakra reading, crystal placement on or around the body, hands on energy work, closing gasshō (giving thanks). SESSION
ReiMoves Jiko Undō with Cutting Cords
This session involves Monica guiding clients through the exercise of cutting cords, followed by a supportive Jiko Undō session. Energetic cords are created between ourselves and the people we are close to. These energetic cords, also known as etheric cords, can often link us to one another at the location between the heart or solar plexus chakras. Some people wish to cut cords to move on from a person and let them go energetically, others to create more loving relationships. In general, cutting cords helps you let go of the past and create more healthy relationships. A Cutting Cords session involves the client being guided through the process of cutting energetic cords that exist between them and others, releasing any dysfunctional parts of the relationship and replacing the cord of attachment with a cord of love, moving into a supportive Jiko Undō session, with emphasis on localized hands-on healing. SESSION
Distance Chakra Balancing
This session is a distance rebalancing of the chakra centres. Monica takes a reading of the seven main chakras running along the spine, at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. This is followed by energy work to rebalance the energy flow of the chakra centres. Session Fee: £35 | 30min |

Pre-Master Session
This is a special session that potential Reiki Master course participants are required to attend. The Pre-Master Session discusses where the participant is at on their Reiki path; their energy healing experience thus far; their general understandings of the practice and future goals; plus a practical hands on healing exchange. Natal Nurturer
This package nurtures and honours women through the various stages of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, offering whole being support. Some of the benefits this package can offer for prenatal support include helping with easing pregnancy symptoms, reducing stress, and strengthening the bond between mother and unborn baby. Some of the benefits for postnatal support include offering a safe and supportive space for re-orientating new mothers to themselves and their bodies, as well as for the newborn to adjust to its new world. It also helps with stimulating and accelerating the mother’s body's own natural healing processes to bring back balance and alignment, emotional and mental support, hormone regulation, and reduction of swelling. ReiMoves workshops are designed to help groups of people tune into their body and its movement, gaining a deeper understanding of their entire being. Monica can work with dance companies and performance troupes in a supportive role, using ReiMoves to help reveal new levels of expression which assist a company's vision for their project. COURSE
Reiki Level I (1-1)
This course will enable you to use Reiki for self-healing and hands-on healing of others. During the first part of the day you will learn the history of Reiki; have a practical introduction to the human energy field and the chakras; and learn various energy techniques. You will also receive the Reiki Level I Attunement. During the second part of the day you will experience hands-on practice, learning hand positions; the structure of a healing session; Reiki Chakra Balancing; and more. Plants & Pets Reiki
Plants and animals have an energy body, can sense the healing qualities of Reiki, and respond well to it. One of the primary benefits is stress relief and deep relaxation. For plants, Reiki is focused around the roots, the stem/trunk and in the foliage. Space Clearing
Not everything in this world is perceived with the naked eye. Much of what we perceive can be felt and intuited. Sometimes we can come across energetic configurations that interfere with the integrity of a healthy energy system including that of a plant, human being or space. These energies are a part of our everyday surroundings and can influence how we feel and respond to situations. This is why Monica is also available for space clearing. Clearing the energy of a room or space is about clearing a space from any of the above-mentioned interfering energies and introducing a fresh and supportive energy that enhances our ability to do what we like. During a space clearing session Monica assesses the current energy of the space and locates any areas which may require more attention. Once cleared, she goes about bringing a new energy of a high vibrational frequency, using her tools of sage, bells and Reiki symbols. Inappropriate energies are removed, blocks are cleared and a fresh supportive atmosphere is created. The duration and fee for a space clearing depends on the size of the space you wish to be cleared, the number of rooms, and travel time to location. ReiMoves Remote Research Project
Monica's many years of experience with both in-person and distance energy healing has brought about some amazing results. The ReiMoves Remote Research Project is a research project specifically looking at the effects of remote/distance energy healing on diverse health conditions. Participants are involved in a series of distance sessions where healing energy is transmitted through Monica's hands remotely via a light energetic touch that connects with the participant's energy field.
