Reiki
The gift of healing for self and others...
Derived from the Japanese “rei” meaning “spirit, omnipresent” and “ki” meaning “life force, energy”, Reiki is an ancient healing system that harnesses universal energy for powerful, yet gentle healing.
It was in the early 1900’s that Dr Mikao Usui developed the Usui Reiki System, and today it is one of the most widely used Reiki systems in the world.
Reiki has been found to help on many different levels of the being and also to treat a wide range of ailments including:
Reiki sessions involve a very gentle, light touch which has an energising and balancing effect on the recipient. A state of inner peace and deep relaxation is induced allowing for easier resolution and release of emotional issues and blockages. This also accelerates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki Master Monica Brunello has been involved with Reiki for 20 years. Her Reiki path has developed in Italy, London and further abroad. She is a Master Teacher Member of the UK Reiki Federation (Membership No: 6564C).
